Hotfix for Eventus 8 for Windows
Please go to the Start menu folder for Eventus and select Check for Eventus 8 Update (or True Update 2.0 Client) to use the new automated hotifx process.
You must have previously purchased a license for Eventus 7 to use the hotifix, which is in a password-protected folder. The hotfix is distributed as a single file, eventus7patch.exe. Please click on the file name link and save the file to disk. Double-click the name of the saved file to apply the hotfix.
The patch is in a password-protected folder; please contact us by either direct e-mail or the e-mail form on this site for the user name and password.
Due to the limited number of active non-WRDS Unix clients, we will work with you to update your installation if you are experiencing problems. Please contact us.
